Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Florian Zelder, Kastanienweg 15d, 58093 Hagen, Deutschland, email: contact@emiguide.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

4. Early Expiry for Digital Content and Services

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin performance after you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledged that the right will consequently expire, and received contractual confirmation on a durable medium (Section 356(6) BGB). For services, the right expires only after complete performance and only under the statutory conditions of Section 356(5) BGB. Without effective consent, the right of withdrawal remains.
